1. Processing Time

Every order is carefully prepared and handed off to our carrier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location. We ship worldwide, and while most orders arrive within this window, customs checks or remote area logistics can occasionally add a few extra days — this is outside our control, but we're here to help if it happens (see Support below).

3. Tracking Included on Every Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details — so you can follow your package the whole way, from our hands to your door.

4. Customs & Duties

For international orders, any local customs duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility. These vary by destination and are outside our control.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee will apply to send it out again.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work with trusted carriers, occasional delays caused by customs processing or carrier logistics can happen. We're not able to control these, but our support team is always available to help track down your order if it's taking longer than expected.
